Who We Are
Margie's Cuisine is a Hispanic, and Latina-owned restaurant and cafe nestled in the heart of Southern Pennsylvania near the charming Longwood Garden serving Colombian and American comfort food in a cozy space. Margie started her culinary path in 2018. Back in Colombia, she had all of her favorite childhood foods like arepas and empanadas. When she moved to PA, she really missed the taste of home so she began recreating recipes passed down from her grandma and soon discovered that she had a passion and talent for cooking. She started with doing popups where she quickly gained popularity and then in January of 2022 she had the opportunity to open her brick and mortar. She took a leap of faith and now Margie's Cuisine is a staple of the Chadd Ford's community and beyond. We’ve been featured in Chadd Fords Live and the Chadd Fords Historical Society
What we offer
Our restaurant boasts the title of offering a variety of options from our lunch menu, which includes the best selling “Soul of cuba” cuban sandwich, hearty and nutritious bowls and salads, flavorful soups and wraps and much more. Make sure to try our Colombian food options like stuffed arepa which comes with your choice of meat, queso, potato springs and our famous pink sauce - always made fresh in house. And if you’re looking to try a Colombian breakfast, we have staples like pan de bono, arepas con huevo perico (arepas with souffled eggs with scallion, tomatoes, and onion), and pastelitos. Don't forget to try our vegan/vegetarian options like homemade hummus wrap. We also offer the best food delivery service, ensuring you can enjoy our delicious homemade food from the comfort of your home or order online to schedule your pickup ahead of time. If you’re dining in, we do offer free wifi, making our cozy space the perfect place to work from.
We also offer catering services so that you can bring the taste of Margies to any event- whether it's a birthday party, bridal or baby showers, a corporate event or even an office lunch, we’re sure to please everyone.

We’re situated close to landmarks such as the Brandywine Museum, Brandywine Battlefield, and Sandy Hollow Heritage Park. Come and grab a bite after a day of antique shopping at Brandywine antiques. If you’re having a picnic at Brandywine Creek State Park, order ahead to bring your favorite foods to the party. We also have many regulars who come from Wilmington Delaware - only a 20 min drive.
